Henricus Johannes Petrus Hoskens has been appointed CEO of Solarfun Power Holdings Co. Ltd., a China-based manufacturer of photovoltaic cells, modules and ingots in China. His tenure will commence on February 25 for an initial term of three years.
Hoskens joins Solarfun from TPO Displays Corp., Chunan Taiwan, where he recently served as deputy CEO. He began his career with Royal Philips in 1988, where he initially focused on supply chain and supply base execution and improvement for different business entities. Hoskens moved to the Royal Philips' mobile display systems division in Hong Kong, serving as its CEO beginning in September 2003.
