The N.Y. Green Bank has concluded the International Green Bank Summit, which brought U.S.-based and international public-private financing organizations together in New York City.
In the course of the two-day event, representatives examined the green bank model of financing renewable energy development.
Participant organizations included the N.Y. Green Bank, the New York City Energy Efficiency Corp., the U.K. Green Investment Bank, the Japanese Green Finance Organization, the Australian Clean Energy Finance Corp., GreenTech Malaysia, the Connecticut Green Bank, the Hawaii GEMS program and the New Jersey Energy Resiliency Bank.
States considering developing state-sponsored clean energy financing institutions were also in attendance.
