Danfoss Solar Inverters has introduced its TripleLynx series of 10 kW to 15 kW string inverters, which the company suggests is a viable alternative to central-inverter solutions.
TripleLynx inverters combine 1000 V of input with 3 x 400 VAC and 98% maximum efficiency, making them suitable for a broad range of installations – whether the inverters are placed separately near PV panels or located near the transformer. Also, more PV inputs have been added to TripleLynx products to provide installation flexibility, and each input has its own tracker.
The inverters, which weigh 35 kg each, can be mounted on PV towers, walls and in other locations. The products are available through Danfoss distributors, and the company provides a service network and hotline in five languages.
