Sunrise Solar Corp. (SSLR) says it has met with a major U.S. research university and initiated discussions regarding the acquisition of new, leading-edge solar technology.
‘We are looking for opportunities to expand on our project base by acquiring proprietary new technologies that have been patented by major universities,’ reports Eddie Austin, chairman and CEO of Sunrise Solar Corp. ‘We expect companies like SSLR, which are developing new alternative energy resources, to help lead America out of this recession.’
