Utah-based residential installer Vivint Solar has filed a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering (IPO) of its common stock.
Vivint says the number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined. This offering will be made only by means of a prospectus.
Goldman, Sachs & Co., BofA Merrill Lynch and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC will act as lead book-running managers for the offering. Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Barclays Capital Inc. will also act as book-running managers.
