Folsom, Calif.-based solar developer 8minutenergy Renewables LLC has named Fred Vaske vice president of project finance and Mario Ricci vice president of corporate finance.
Vaske previously worked as director of structured finance for SunPower, where he negotiated power purchase agreements with commercial customers and the sale of commercial project portfolios to financial investors. He also previously established the utility project finance groups at Hanwha Q Cells USA and Recurrent Energy.
Prior to joining 8minutenergy, Ricci worked as a financial controller for Oracle Corp. and was involved in more than 35 acquisitions. His professional background includes management positions at multi-national corporations, including Resources Global Professionals and Pulte Group.
