Hudson Clean Energy Partners Hires DOE Player

Craig Cornelius, a solar energy specialist who headed the U.S. Department of Energy's Solar America initiative and led the department's solar energy technologies program, has been tapped as a principal of new clean energy private equity firm Hudson Clean Energy Partners, based in Teaneck, N.J.

Cornelius has been a prime architect of DOE solar technology funding for more than 100 corporations across the U.S. He also led the DOE's due diligence on 278 photovoltaic companies and 26 solar thermal companies.
