The fourth annual PV Industry Forum, to be held prior to Intersolar in Munich in June, will feature a special track dedicated to the solar electrification of rural areas in developing countries.
Solar Promotion GmbH, the organizer of Intersolar, says the forum is a meeting of manufacturers, service providers and suppliers in the photovoltaics field. Large-scale solar power plants and thin-film technologies and products will also be discussed.
Solar Promotion has also announced that it has secured the registration of Intersolar's 1,000th exhibitor – a mark never reached in the event's history. More information can be found at www.intersolar.de.
