JinkoSolar Holding Co. Ltd. has connected two photovoltaic power plants with a combined capacity of 39 MW to the grid in China's Jiangsu province.
JinkoSolar says the 24 MW solar photovoltaic power plant in Xinyi and 15 MW PV power plant in Lianyungang are both in isolated regions and received government subsidies.
‘These two new projects are just the beginning as we focus on improving our competitive position in project development in China,’ says Xiande Li, chairman of JinkoSolar. ‘The addition of these two successful projects demonstrates our commitment to expanding eastward as we continue to grow our PV project portfolio in 2014.’
