Prism Solar Technologies Appoints Chief Technology Officer

Prism Solar Technologies Inc. (PST), a Stone Ridge, N.Y.-headquartered manufacturer of holographic solar modules, has appointed Glenn Rosenberg chief technology officer. In his new role, Rosenberg will oversee all research and development activities.

Rosenberg is the inventor of the patented holographic dichromated gelatin (DCG) technology, PST's core photovoltaic (PV) module technology. Prior to joining Prism Solar, Rosenberg spent 20 years working in the field of high-efficiency silicon PV cells and holographic concentrator optics, including groundbreaking work in the field of advanced holographic diffraction structures for energy collection and control.

He has also founded four businesses focused on bringing new technology to the PV marketplace.
