Spire says it will provide Ryazan with a semi-automated module manufacturing line capable of producing up to 12 MW of modules per year. The line will be designed to facilitate future expansion and will consist of Spire photovoltaics module manufacturing equipment integrated into a system of active and passive conveyors.

Ryazan presently produces approximately 1 MW of monocrystalline solar cells and modules using some of Spire's equipment. After integrating the Spire module line into the factory, Ryazan will become the largest module manufacturer in Russia.
