Sullivan Solar Completes Two Arrays At Camp Pendleton

Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton in California has inaugurated two solar installations: a 221 kW array at its Edson Range and a 125 kW array at its Chappo dining facility.

The projects, installed by local turnkey solar firm Sullivan Solar Power, are expected to save the military base hundreds of thousands of dollars in electricity costs over their lifetimes.

Sullivan Solar Power adds that it employs International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers state-certified electricians as its installation personnel, and the projects utilized only U.S.-made products, including 1,666 Sharp 240 W solar modules.
