SunEdison Inc. has awarded a master services agreement to California-based NEXTracker Inc. for the purchase of up to 1.85 GW of horizontal trackers.
SunEdison says the NEXTracker systems will be used for its ground-mounted photovoltaic projects worldwide over the next three years.
‘We currently have multiple solar power plants which utilize NEXTracker, including a 73 MW project under construction in Chile,’ says Ahmad Chatila, CEO of SunEdison.
