Salamon Group Inc. has announced that its wholly owned subsidiary Sunlogics Power has become the senior secured creditor of PV cell developer ARISE Technologies Corp.
Sunlogics Power is also consulting on the day-to-day operations of ARISE's systems business, the company adds.
