Conergy, a Santa Fe, N.M.-based manufacturer and distributor of renewable energy products, has introduced the Conergy SunTop photovoltaic (PV) mounting system to the U.S. market.

The Conergy SunTop system is used to mount framed solar PV modules to building roof structures. It is designed to reduce time and effort while installing these systems, the company says. Some of its features include quickstone technology, which simplifies rail connections and attachments; telescope technology that provides adjustable length end rails; and roof attachments for various types of tile roofs.

The SunTop, which is a certified sizing tool, is a third-generation product tailored to meet the specific needs of the U.S. market, Conergy adds. It was originally engineered in Germany and has been field-tested for the last 10 years.
