Morse Farm Maple Sugarworks of East Montpelier, Vt., has installed a 30 kW solar power system, expected to produce over 45 MWh of electricity per year, covering almost 100% of the farm's electric demand.

The solar installation employs six pole-mounted, dual-axis AllSun trackers, manufactured by AllEarthRenewables of Williston, Vt.

‘Most of our customers like seeing the trackers out front, and there are definite cost advantages to us,’ says Burr Morse, owner of the farm.
