Circadian Solar Expands Production Space

0

Circadian Solar, a concentrated photovoltaic (CPV) systems supplier based in Coventry, U.K., has acquired additional space in preparation for pilot production of its concentrated systems.

The company says it has now acquired more than 2,000 square feet of space at the Viscount Centre on the University of Warwick Science Park. The Science Park is already home to the company's head office, and the Viscount Centre building has undergone significant modification to accommodate the prototype manufacturing line.

According to the company, its CPV technology has been developed using its Ultra Power Density approach, in which all aspects of system design are engineered holistically to deliver the lowest cost of electricity generated. The CPV systems are designed specifically for use in sunbelt regions.
