Germany-based Conergy says its shareholders have approved a new supervisory board for the company.
The following members have been appointed: Philip Comberg, managing director of Alcosa Capital GmbH & Co. KG; Andreas Ple§ke, managing director of PRYM Holding GmbH; Jeremy Blank of YCML Ltd.; Werner Paschke, an independent corporate consultant; Klaus-Dieter Rasch, managing director of Azur Space Solar Power GmbH; and Pepyn Dinandt, CEO of the Monier Group. Akbar Rafiq has been named an alternate member.
All incumbent members of the former board have resigned from their positions due to the future changed ownership structure of the company, Conergy says.
