EnterSolar has begun installation of a 600 kW rooftop solar energy system atop Stewart's Shops' 300,000-square-foot manufacturing and distribution center in Greenfield Center, N.Y. Installation is expected to be completed this fall.
The array involves 2,405 panels and an Advanced Energy 500TX inverter. Expected output is 620 MWh per year. The project is funded in part through the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority.
