Renewable Energy Holdings (REH), based in Hopewell, N.J., has launched a new Genmounts non-penetrating mounting system for PV installations.
The system incorporates single grounding plates, eliminating individual module grounding by providing continuous integrated bonding without copper wire or ground lugs, the company explains. The system accommodates all PV modules, including frameless and thin-film modules, with varied elevation.
Simplified assembly consists of one standard-size nut, with all other components pre-installed on the mounts. Ballast load is widely distributed, with no point loads, the company adds.
