RENA, a Germany-based supplier of wet processing solutions and equipment for the photovoltaics industry, has rolled out a combined package of fine-line print, silver plating and silver reclaim system. According to the company, the new InCellPlate combines seed printing and plating for an absolute solar cell efficiency gain of up to 0.3%.
In addition, the optimized line width, higher finger conductivity and simple contacting of high emitter sheet resistance reduce the overall silver consumption, RENA says.
