According to a report from stltoday.com, Cole County Circuit Court Judge Daniel Green revoked on Thursday a June 29 ruling that Missouri's solar rebates are in violation of the state's constitution.
The report says the earlier ruling – the result of a lawsuit last summer between the state's Public Service Commission and a group of utilities and businesses claiming the mandate illegally requires the taking of utility property – made uncertain the fate of solar power companies in need of the incentives.
Following the judge's recision, the state's solar rebates remain in place.
