The board of directors at Solar Nation Inc., a science and engineering company specializing in the design, engineering, installation and construction of solar energy systems for business, government and nonprofit organizations, says that Paul Hodge has resigned as CEO.
The board named Dan Drummond, previously Solar Nation's president, the company's new CEO. Hodge has been elected chairman of the board.
As president, Drummond was previously responsible for establishing and maintaining the company's infrastructure and for a range of functional areas, including law, human resources, communications, marketing and government relations.
