Vincotech, a supplier of module-based products for power electronics, has added three new products to its flowSOL 0 family of power modules for single-phase solar inverter and uninterruptible power supply (UPS) applications.
According to the company, the new offerings are designed to meet the latest demands of single-phase solar inverter and UPS inverter applications. Featuring a booster and inverter (H-bridge) in the same flow 0 housing, they are rated for 1.5 kW to 5 kW.
Engineered especially for transformerless 600 V solar and UPS applications, the new modules leverage the latest Infineon CoolMOS C6 technology and SiC diodes to deliver high performance and satisfy high demands for efficiency (up to 98%), the company adds.
The modules are packaged in Vincotech's standard flow 0 two-clip housing measuring 66 mm by 33 mm and 12 mm in height. Units are currently in serial production.
