With EnergySage as an exclusive online partner, the Connecticut Green Bank has launched GoSolarCT.com. The new website allows Connecticut homeowners to research and comparison-shop for solar and helps local solar installers grow their businesses.

The entire EnergySage offering has been integrated and private-labeled by the Connecticut Green Bank. This includes the company’s Solar Calculator for estimating solar savings, the Research Contractors tool for evaluating local solar installers, and access to the Solar Marketplace, where consumers can compare multiple, competitive quotes from vetted installers. Both EnergySage and the Connecticut Green Bank screen contractors listed on GoSolarCT.

EnergySage says these resources, along with educational content from the company, will help Connecticut residents explore their solar options with greater confidence and lead to more informed solar decisions.

“GoSolarCT is a very user-friendly, one-stop shop of information on solar equipment, financing and solar contractors,” says Kerry O’Neill, managing director of Connecticut Green Bank. “The entire solar lifecycle is outlined in an easy-to-understand format to help make going solar as simple and affordable as possible. EnergySage is helping Connecticut become a more solar-savvy state – further accelerating the Green Bank’s commitment to advancing renewable energy deployment and energy efficiency projects throughout Connecticut.”

“It can’t be overstated how important initiatives like GoSolarCT are to making clean energy more affordable and accessible to consumers,” adds Vikram Aggarwal, founder and CEO of EnergySage. “Our partnership with the Connecticut Green Bank makes it easier for installers to reach in-market solar consumers and empowers Connecticut residents to make decisions based on what’s best for them and their family.”
