Global Earth Energy Inc. says its wholly owned subsidiary RCI Solar Inc. has signed an affiliate marketing agreement with Woodstock, Ontario-based Aqua Solar Ltd., a provider of solar thermal and solar photovoltaic solutions.
The companies plan to serve new demand under the feed-in-tariff (FIT) and microFIT programs. RCI/Aqua Solar projects eligible for these programs will receive a long-term contract for the payment of electricity produced from the renewable energy project and a fixed price for the full term of the contract.
As of July 1, Aqua Solar has agreed to purchase no less than C$1,000,000 in product orders from RCI Solar over the next 12 months.
