Kevin Fairbairn has resigned as president, CEO and a member of the board of directors at Intevac, a provider of manufacturing equipment for the PV industry and other applications.
The board has appointed Norm Pond CEO. Pond, a founder and former CEO of the company, will also continue as chairman of the board of directors.
