Lite Solar Corp., a subsidiary of Long Beach, Calif.-based real estate development and energy company International Finance, has signed a strategic relationship agreement with National United Properties (NUP) that allows Lite Solar to install solar on buildings in NUP's property management portfolio. The contract totals 3 MW of solar to be installed.
In addition, Lite Solar has signed a multi-megawatt installation deal with Acadia Park LLC, a multifamily property operator in the Southeast, as well as a contract for a 500 kW hybrid ground- and roof-mounted solar system for Sunnyside LLC, a Pacific Northwest-based property developer and operator.
