New York-based Solar Thin Films Inc. says it has an agreement to acquire KLC Green Energy Corp., a maker of solar tracking systems. The parties will finalize the agreement within 30 days, subject to final documentation.
The acquisition includes 100% of KLC, including a small amount of work in progress, as well as inventory. Solar Thin Films says that the terms of the acquisition will be reported when the definitive agreement is signed by both parties.
