Backed by the meeco Group, Switzerland-based oursun Japan Holding AG has acquired the Japan-based oursun Japan Ltd. holding company.
The meeco Group says oursun Japan's focus is to develop small and midsize solar projects – including rooftop installations – under the national feed-in tariff. Additionally, it says it will promote the company's sun2live solar and storage systems for both off-grid and demand management applications in Japan as well as in Fiji and the Solomon Islands.
