TUV Rheinland Certifies Puerto Errado 2 Solar Plant

0

TUV Rheinland participated in the construction and commissioning of solar thermal plant Puerto Errado 2 in Spain as a neutral certifier.

On behalf of general contractor Novatec and client Tubo Sol PE2, TUV Rheinland examined all phases of construction of the power plant as an independent certifier and accompanied the relevant quality inspections until the plant was commissioned.

‘Through our monitoring activities, we helped to recognize and tackle potential challenges at an early stage,’ says Thomas Stuber of TUV Rheinland. A TUV Rheinland team will work with the project for one more year until the final tests are completed.

More information about the project is available here.
