Vela Solaris has introduced an online version of its simulation software Polysun, enabling users to run their system simulations on the Internet.
Based on the Polysun computational core, the tool is intended for the design and sale of solar PV, solar hot water and heat pump systems. Polysun also offers the opportunity to simulate hybrid systems as a combination of those three technologies (e.g., solar PV with heat pumps).
When the user starts a simulation over the Internet, virtually running Polysun remotely, figures are calculated using the software's advanced technology rather than a simplified tool, the company notes. No software installation is required.
