Premier Holding Corp. – through its wholly owned subsidiary WEPOWER Ecolutions Inc., an energy service company and integrator of clean energy solutions – has signed a letter of intent to acquire an equity stake of between 30% and 45% of California-based utility-scale solar developer Skybridge Solar LLC.
Skybridge is currently developing four early-stage projects with a total potential capacity of approximately 400 MW.
