Edwards, a global company engaged in the design, manufacture and support of vacuum and exhaust management equipment, has appointed Michael Allison sales and service director, semiconductor and solar. The new position is aimed at focusing resources on the needs of Edwards' customers in the solar industry.
Allison was previously worldwide vice president of business operations at KLA-Tencor Corp. He has extensive senior-level experience in the semiconductor capital equipment industry, covering the U.S., Europe and Asia.
