Sunnova Energy Corp. has announced its acquisition of New York-based Brightgrid's residential solar lease assets and customers.
‘Sunnova will service and manage these assets to ensure continuity of service, as well as integrate them into our family of satisfied customers,’ says Sunnova Chief Financial Officer Gerritt Ewing.
The company says it intends to grow its portfolio through additional solar asset and customer acquisitions.
