SunLink Corp. has enhanced its PV mounting system technology by enabling the tilt bracket foot to be snapped into the based pad – without the use of a tool – eliminating tab-bending and substantially reducing installation time.
‘This new design eliminates a tool and, according to our research, is nearly 300 percent faster,’ says Robert Miros, SunLink's vice president of design. ‘What was once a tedious, multi-step process – fitting the base to the bracket, fitting the tool and then bending as many as 10 tabs per base – is now completed in a third of the time with a squeeze and a snap.’
