New Jersey-based Nautilus Solar Energy is developing a portfolio of 28 photovoltaic solar projects totaling approximately 9.2 MW in Ontario through its Canadian subsidiary.
North Sky CleanTech Alliance Fund LP and NewWorld Environmental Infrastructure LP are investing in the portfolio, which is expected to ultimately grow to 24 MW.
‘Our partnership with NewWorld Infrastructure and North Sky provides the foundation not only for the successful completion of Nautilus' current portfolio, but also the opportunity for significant expansion through the acquisition of projects in the Ontario Power Authority's feed-in tariff program,’ says Laura E. Stern, Nautilus' president.
