California-based developer SolarReserve has appointed Pauline Doohan as vice president and general counsel.
Doohan brings more than 20 years of experience as a practicing attorney to her role at SolarReserve, with experience in finance and specializing in energy and infrastructure-related transactions. She is a cum laude graduate of the Honors College at Michigan State University and a cum laude graduate of Wayne State University Law School.
