Stellar Energy Solutions, a Healdsburg, Calif.-based commercial solar integrator, has appointed Keith Rutledge to the position of director of project finance.
In his new role, Rutledge will be responsible for delivering financing solutions for large-scale solar installations. In addition, he will improve programs to attract investors seeking tax advantages of solar financing. Rutledge brings to the company experience as a contractor, educator, finance professional and solar project developer.
