Tecta America, a national commercial roofing company, has sold its Tecta Solar division to Onyx Renewable Partners LP, a renewable energy company established by Blackstone Energy Partners.
Tecta Solar provides financial analysis, system design, utility interfaces, financing alternatives, system installation and maintenance of solar facilities. The companies say the transaction includes a long-term agreement for Onyx and Tecta to work closely together to provide solar development and related roofing services to their mutual customers.
