Pacific Power Management LLC, a full service commercial solar provider based in Auburn, Calif., has completed the design and installation of a 266 kW solar electric system for Cemo Commercial in El Dorado Hills, Calif.
The solar electric system, designed and installed by Pacific Power Management, is expected to generate more than 466,000 kWh per year, which is enough to power approximately 70 average homes, the company says. It will be used to power the company's headquarters. However, when Pacific Power Management generates more electricity than needed, it will export the electricity to the grid.
In addition, Cemo Commercial has received a $798,210 solar rebate from Pacific Gas and Electric Co. of San Francisco under the utility's self-generation incentive program.
