JA Solar Holdings Co. Ltd., a manufacturer of high-performance solar products, has appointed Anthea Chung its new chief financial officer. Chung replaces Daniel Lui, who will become the company's new chief strategy officer, responsible for pursuing strategic business opportunities worldwide.
Chung has more than 16 years of financial management experience at public and private companies, including most recently the chief financial officer position at Solar Enertech Corp., a public company that manufactures solar cells and solar modules in Shanghai, China, and Menlo Park, Calif. She has also worked as vice president and corporate controller at RAE Systems in San Jose, Calif., and as corporate controller at TLZ Inc. in Mountain View, Calif.
