Sunrise Solar Corp. has hired Maurice Stone as its new president. In this role, he will be responsible for expanding the company's business footprint and managing its current project portfolio.
Stone is chairman of the Energy Committee of the National Black Chamber of Commerce and works closely with the Chamber's Public Policy Group, which includes corporations such as Chevron, Exxon, AT&T and Wells Fargo.
Stone previously served as president of National Wind Solutions Inc. and as chairman and CEO of Intrepid Holdings Inc., a retail clinic operation. Additionally, he previously served as CEO of Cornerstone Services Group, a retail pharmacy services company, and as chairman and CEO of First Genesis Professional Services, an IT development and solutions company.
