KUKA Robotics Roboter GmbH, a global manufacturer of industrial robots, has expanded into Canada by forming a wholly owned subsidiary. According to the company, this move addresses the growing demand for automation products and support in the region.
The new subsidiary will provide local sales, services and support. ‘Opening of the Canadian subsidiary is a key step in support of KUKA's continued growth in the Canadian marketplace,’ says Stuart Shepherd, president of KUKA Robotics U.S. and CEO of KUKA Robotics Canada. ‘We see strong growth potential for KUKA in all industrial markets.’
