PURSOL, a San Diego-based developer of solar energy products, has formed a partnership with American Financial Strategies Inc. (AFS) to develop marketing strategies designed to facilitate the company's planned expansion. Under the agreement, AFS also will assist PURSOL with introductions to the investor community.
