REC Solar, a provider of residential and commercial solar electric systems, and One Block Off the Grid (1BOG), a residential solar community purchasing group, plan to offer a group-buying program that allows consumers to pool purchases and receive lower rates for solar installations in Denver.
The Denver-area program includes Denver, Boulder, Aurora, Lafayette, Longmont, Louisville and Littleton, as well as the Highlands Ranch and Stapleton neighborhoods. The deadline to sign up for the program is Aug. 20.
