Heckert Solar, a Chemnitz, Germany-based manufacturer of solar modules, says it has transformed itself into Heckert Solar AG.
Company founder and present general manager Xaver Trinkerl will now serve as CEO of the new corporation. Peter Kulzer has been appointed chairman of the supervisory board.
