Sunrise Consulting Group Inc., based in Newport Beach, Calif., has completed the formation of a new wholly owned subsidiary called United Power Solar Inc.
The company's goal for this new subsidiary will be to focus its energy and resources on capturing a significant portion of the U.S. market share for residential solar systems. Sunrise says it has begun renegotiations with industry experts, with the sole intent of bringing one of these industry professionals on board as the president of United Power Solar Inc. to head this endeavor.
