JPSA, a provider of industrial laser scribing systems, has hired James Porter as worldwide customer service manager. He brings to JPSA more than 12 years' experience managing customer service departments of advanced technology companies in the semiconductor industry.
Porter was most recently director of service and customer support at BlueShift Technologies, where he established the service framework for the company's automation equipment. Prior to that role, he was global product support manager at Cameca Instruments, a manufacturer of metrology equipment for the semiconductor industry.
