Conshohocken, Pa.-based Heraeus has released SOL9383, a new silver paste specifically formulated for n-type monocrystalline cells. The paste is designed to make excellent contact on p+ surfaces of n-type cells and help commercialize n-type cell technology, the company says.
In addition, the Heraeus photovoltaic business unit has launched a new line of front-side silver pastes: the SOL9400 series. The company says these pastes are designed to provide improved performance over previous versions of pastes for crystalline silicon cells.
